Production cost of PCBs in Russia

 The prices are specified per 1 dm2, including application of the protective solder mask (as of April 11, 2012, exclusive of VAT).

Nickel-gold coating of PCBs increases the price by 20% (applicable for PCBs made of FR4 only).
The milling cost is 0.3 RUB per 1 cm of milling length.
More than 1 PCB on the template – plus 300 RUB per each added PCB.

* The cost of preproduction doesn’t depend on the area of ​​produced boards and is added to the price during the first production of PCBs. For repeated production of the same PCBs the cost of preproduction is not added to the price.

The time of production of PCBs in Russia:

  • for single-sided PCBs – 4 weeks for the first batch, 3 weeks for repeated batches;
  • for double-sided PCBS – 5 weeks for the first batch, 4 weeks for repeated batches;
  • for multilayer boards – 6 weeks for the first batch, 4 to 5 weeks for repeated batches.
