Requirements for PCBs

Requirements for PCBs designed for assembly:

lands used to solder surface elements shall not contain or contact through or via holes.
protective solder mask shall be applied over copper (over-copper mask)
it is recommended to use glass fiber FR4.

Additional requirements:

maximum dimensions of assembled PCBs: L = 510mm, H = 460mm
minimum dimensions: L = 50mm, H = 50mm
PCBs shall be provided with a space free of installed components and distanced at least 5 mm from the edge of the PCB from 2 opposite edges to be secured on the line.
if there are elements with pin spacing of up to 0.5 mm the PCB shall contain marks for “machine vision”.
