Our equipment

Our works are fitted with equipment of leading Japanese and European manufacturers (YAMAHA, Assembleon, Ersa, Dek etc.). With our equipment we can assemble both small and large batches of PCBs.

For adjustability and convenience of assembly we operate two production lines of surface installation and the line of through installation.

The 1st line of surface installation includes the following:

  • Automatic loader of PCBs Nutek NTM 710 EL
  • Automatic solding paste printer DEK EL
  • Multifunctional machine for placement of components YAMAHA YS12F
  • Convection oven ERSA HotFLow 5
  • Automatic unloader of PCBs Nutec NTM 710 EM 2

This line is designed for assembly of large batches of customized PCB assemblies in automatic mode.
The maximum line capacity is 20000 components per hour.

The 2nd line of surface installation includes the following:

  • Semi-automatic solding paste printer DEK 248
  • Multifunctional machine for placement of components YAMAHA YS12F
  • Convection oven BTU Pyramax 98A
  • Automatic unloader of PCBs Nutec NTM 710 EM 2

This line is designed for assembly of small and medium-sized batches of customized PCB assemblies.
The maximum line capacity is 20000 components per hour. This line allows us to solder PCB assemblies using lead-free technology.

The line of through installation includes the following:
1) Soldering machine KIRSTEN-K5360P with the dynamic blazing wave. Unlike conventional machines that use double blazing wave, this one has the patented dynamic brazing wave that ensures a higher quality of soldering. The compact size and blazing bath of 40 kg, which is small by industrial standards, allow to support the required blaze purity without significant costs. Due to this feature of KIRSTEN-K5360P machine we always meet the process requirements for the blaze composition during soldering of large batches of PCB assemblies.

2) Machine TRIMAX for jet scrubbing of PCBs. This machine allows to scrub PCB assemblies with installed crystal resonators which cannot be scrubbed using common machines for ultrasonic scrubbing because of possible damage to these components. Due to unrivaled quality of scrubbing that meets the strongest MIL-standard of the US and many other features we decided on this equipment.

To control the quality of assembled items we use 3D-optical control equipment TRION-2000:

To test finished assemblies at different temperatures and humidity we have the climate heat/cold/humidity chamber ESPEC SH-661:

Such scope of equipment allows us to assemble different PCB assemblies at competitive prices as quickly and efficiently as possible.
